With the accelerated development of China’s urbanization, beautiful living environment and well-planned electric power construction are the foothold of urban development. Adhering to this purpose, after repeated researches and trial manufacture, we successfully developed “All-Buried Non-Metal Prefabricated Packaged Substation”. The trial operation of semi-buried packaged substation has lasted 9 years, and that of all-buried packaged substation has lasted more than 2 years. They are still in good conditions. After continuous improvement, we developed “The 4^th Generation All-Buried Non-Metal Packaged Substation” in 2012. It improved the structure and automatic control system. The complete substation passed type tests, and received PCCC certificate. Technologies used by several functions even exceed that of France and Germany.

1. Ventilation style: vertical ventilation, with a vertical ventilation device “ventilation opening”

★Square type all-buried packaged substation
1. Ventilation style: horizontal ventilation, “ventilation opening” at the same level with the ground
2. A water receiver and drainer installed at two ends, and pipes connected to sewer
3. Applicable for large square, streets, sidewalks, parking lots, and not affecting other facilities on the ground
